How to Remove the Headrest from the Audi A8?

To remove the headrest from the front seat of the Audi A8, you need to detach the trim located at the back of the seatback. Once this is removed, loosen the two underlying Torx screws, which will allow you to slide off the entire cover from the back of the seat. Now, you can detach the two cross pins that secure the headrest to the seatback, and once the pins are removed, the headrest can be pulled out and replaced with a new part. After the replacement, you can reassemble all the previously removed parts.
