First, open the boot lid and start removing the entire spare wheel replacement kit, also taking out the wheel or space-saver; then loosen the wheel bolts with the appropriate wrench, subsequently lifting the vehicle with the jack, as shown in the video.

At this point, it will be possible to remove the wheel, replacing it with the spare; securely fasten the bolts in a cross pattern, repositioning the entire kit in the rear compartment.
