Changing the type of motorcycle boots may require us to adjust the height of the gear lever on the BMW GS. To do this, we need 8mm and 10mm wrenches. Stand in front of the gear lever, insert the 8mm wrench on the hexagon in the center of the bar that connects the lever to the engine control and make sure it does not move. Loosen the two bolts at the ends of the bar with the 10mm wrench. Adjust the height of the pedal by turning the central hexagon. Keep the 8mm hexagon locked and tighten the two 10mm nuts at the ends of the bar.
