This guide shows how to replace the clutch on a BMW R1200 GS LC. After securing the motorcycle, remove the engine protection plate from the bottom of the bike. Unscrew the oil drain plug with a 10 mm spanner and let the fluid drain into a disposal container. Remove the transmission protection cover by unscrewing its bolts; access will be needed from the fork to unscrew the two bolts at the top of the cover. Using a 10 mm spanner, unscrew the three clutch bolts and remove the cover. Using a small screwdriver and a magnet, extract the clutch rings. Lubricate the new clutch rings and install them in the correct order. Refit the clutch cover. Clean the edges of the transmission cover and apply sealant. Reassemble everything in position. Refit the engine protection plate and top up the oil.

To replace the exhaust on the Derbi GPR 50, loosen the screws that secure the exhaust end can to the supports. Once the old exhaust is freed from its supports, proceed to remove the connecting clamp that joins the end can to the exhaust manifold. This will allow you to completely remove the old exhaust and insert the new one: the new exhaust can now be connected and installed in its place to ensure everything functions correctly after the replacement.
