In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the rear brake pads on a BMW R1250 GS, a very simple and quick operation. First, go to the back of the bike, then remove the small rear mudguard using a T30 Torx key. Next, unscrew the two bolts securing the caliper with a T40 key, separate it from the transmission casing, and detach the two metal clips. At this point, you can extract the two pins, remove the old pads, and clean any dirt residue present. Finally, position the new parts and follow the reverse procedure to reassemble everything.
