In order to disassemble the Beta 300 RR engine, you need to loosen the screws that fix the engine block to its housing: once the screws are loosened, you can proceed by disconnecting the connectors and unscrewing the screws that fix the intake and exhaust manifolds. Once these components are removed, you can loosen the screws that fix the cylinder to the top of the engine: once this is removed, you can access the piston that needs to be detached from the connecting rod and thus have access to the crankshaft.

How to replace the exhaust on a Derbi Atlantis

Today, we will go through the instructions to remove and replace the exhaust on the Derbi Atlantis scooter in simple and quick steps. First, place the scooter on the centre stand and start unscrewing the screws of the exhaust terminal fixed to the rear frame; use a socket spanner with an extension, as shown in the video.
