To disassemble the engine block of the Beta RR 300, you need to loosen the screws that fix it to its housing in the center of the frame: once it has been released, you can proceed by disconnecting the connectors of all its sensors and freeing it from the intake exhaust manifold. At this point, you can loosen the screws that fix the cylinder to the top of the engine block: this way you can disconnect the piston from the crankshaft in order to access the internal components and possibly replace them with new parts.

As shown, it is located behind the front storage compartment, positioned under the handlebars. To access it, first open the compartment, then remove the right cover by unscrewing the relevant screws with a cross-head screwdriver. Once done, unscrew the additional screws of the battery cover with a Torx T25 key, extract it, and disconnect both terminals with the same screwdriver.
