Replacing the headlight bulb in the Triumph Tiger 800, as shown in this tutorial, is an extremely simple and quick operation. First, ensure that the key is not inserted for safety, then locate the large cap on the back of the headlamp and unscrew it. Next, disconnect the power connector by pulling it outwards, unclip the metal clip, and remove the old bulb from the housing.

At this point, insert the replacement, avoiding direct contact with the glass, and follow the reverse procedure.
