To remove the front wheel of the BMW R 1250 GS, first loosen the bolts securing the brake caliper; this will allow you to detach the caliper from the corresponding brake disc. You can then proceed to remove the nut that secures the central axle of the wheel. Use a 17 mm spanner for this task: once the nut is loosened, you can slide the axle out from the centre of the wheel and completely remove the wheel. You can then position the new wheel, securing it with the axle and the corresponding bolts.
