To replace the handlebars on a Benelli Leoncino 500, loosen the screws at both ends to free the weights from their housing. Once the weights are removed, you can slide off the grips and disconnect all the electronic controls on the handlebars. At this point, unscrew the bolts securing the handlebars in the centre, allowing them to be completely removed from their housing. Insert the new replacement part into its place, securing it and reinstalling all previously removed parts.
