To replace the motor oil of a Triumph Speed 400, start by placing the motorcycle on a flat surface and make sure the engine is warm but not too hot. Locate the oil fill cap on the engine and unscrew it. Place a collection container under the oil drain plug on the oil pan and unscrew the plug to drain the used oil. Once the draining is complete, screw the drain plug back in. Remove and replace the oil filter using an oil filter wrench. Apply some new oil to the gasket of the new filter before installation. Fill the engine with new oil through the fill cap opening until reaching the recommended level, and we will have completed the replacement.
