In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the battery on a BMW F650 GS, a very simple and quick operation. First, ensure that the key is not inserted for safety.

Then, remove both tank covers. Next, unclip the upper securing strap, loosen the nuts on both terminals, and disconnect them starting with the negative.

At this point, you can also disconnect the small side tube, remove the old battery, and insert the replacement. To reassemble everything, just follow the reverse procedure.
