To replace the injector seals on a Citroën C3, open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: at the top of the engine block, there will be a plastic cover that needs to be removed to access the injectors and their fuel transport pipes. Once these are disconnected, you can extract the injectors and remove the underlying seals; this will allow you to insert the new seals, reposition the injectors, and reconnect them.
