How to Replace the Battery in a Dacia Key?

This is a very simple operation that you can do yourself in a few minutes. You will need a CR2032 button lithium battery, which you can easily find at any electronics store or supermarket.

Insert the tip of a small screwdriver into the slot at the top of the remote and lever it to separate the two halves. Once opened, locate the battery and gently pry it out. Take the new battery and insert it into the housing, ensuring the correct polarity.

Then, realign the two halves of the remote and press them together until you hear the click indicating proper closure.
