First, obtain a small screwdriver to leverage the joint between the cover and the key to detach the cover. At this point, you can remove the battery and take out the transponder. Then, take the new shell you have purchased aftermarket, position the transponder and the battery in its housing, reinsert the physical key, and close the cover.
