How to replace the key fob battery of a Daihatsu Terios? Follow these steps. Take your key fob and slide the button to release the metal key. Once the key is out, use a small screwdriver to pry between the two covers until they separate into two pieces. Remove the worn battery from the housing using the screwdriver, take a new one of the same size and voltage. Refit the battery into the key fob cover, then insert the metal key back into the cover. Check that the key fob works correctly.
