To disassemble the engine of the Derbi GPR 125, you will need to loosen the screws that fix the engine block to its housing in the center of the frame: once the engine has been removed, you can proceed by also loosening the screws that fix the intake and exhaust manifolds and disconnecting the connectors. The engine can now be opened in order to detach the piston from the connecting rod: this way you will have access to the crankshaft and all the necessary components. It will be possible to replace all the necessary parts in order to insert new ones.
