Replacement of Alternator Pulley

The noise from the alternator pulley is a fairly common fault: to replace it, you first need to remove the alternator and have the appropriate socket to unscrew the fixing bolt. Once the alternator is positioned on the workbench, remove the cap in front of the pulley and, using the appropriate socket, unscrew the fixing bolt with a power tool. Then apply the new pulley, after verifying its compatibility (diameter, number of grooves, and code on the pulley itself), and tighten the corresponding fixing bolt.

Open the bonnet and secure it, lift the car on a column lift (if necessary, remove the front wheel using a screwdriver to take off the right wheel arch liner).
