Disassembly of the Ducati Monster 800 clutch actuator

In this video tutorial we will see how to disassemble and replace the clutch actuator of a Ducati Monster 800. First we are going to remove our clutch cable by unscrewing the upper bolt; then we go to press the clutch a couple of times in order to completely clean the pipe from the residual oil. At this point, unscrew the actuator fixing screws and remove it, as shown in the video; we just have to reassemble the new one, tightening the fixing screws, and reconnect the two pipes by inserting the oil again: then follow the video to the end!

How do you bleed the Gilera Nexus 500 brakes?

In order to bleed the Gilera Nexus 500 brakes, you need to open the drawer that is located in correspondence with the knob, unscrewing the fixing screws of the cover. Once this has been opened, it will be possible to insert a small tube inside the vent on the brake caliper: therefore, by opening the valve, the brake fluid can be collected inside a container. When all the fluid has flowed out, it will be possible to fill in the new brake oil from the vent that was previously opened by removing the cover next to the knob.
