To replace the grips on a Ducati Scrambler, first loosen the screws securing the weights at the end of the handlebars, which hold the grips in place. Once the weights are removed, you can detach the grips and slide them off. At this point, unscrew the screws securing the controls to the handlebars and possibly the mirrors as well. All these components can be replaced, along with the new grips that need to be inserted. After inserting, screw the weights back onto the ends of the handlebars.
