To adjust the clock on the Ducati Panigale V2, turn on the instrument panel by inserting the key into the ignition switch. Once the panel is on, repeatedly press the grey button located on the left side of the handlebars. Keep pressing until the hours start to flash; at this point, you can change them by repeatedly pressing the up arrow button, then move on to adjust the minutes. These can also be changed using the up arrow, confirming the input with the grey button.
