Position the motorcycle on the side stand (if you do not have a centre stand), unscrew the oil filler cap; using a socket spanner, remove the bolt from the sump under the motorcycle (drain the fluid into a container for disposal). Remove the filter located to the right of the sump. Refill the engine with new oil using a funnel and secure with the plastic cap (use oil recommended by the manufacturer). Check the oil level with a dipstick.
