Disabling the ABS of the Enfield Himalayan.

The ABS system is a control circuit that prevents the wheels from locking during braking, and it is very useful in everyday use, but in off-road use, it can be more useful to deactivate it and leave the braking management to the rider's sensitivity. To deactivate the ABS system on the Royal Enfield Himalayan, we must, with the motorcycle turned off, press and hold the "Abs" button, which is located on the bottom right relative to the speedometer. Turn on the instrument panel, wait exactly five seconds, release the button, and the orange light that was previously steady will now flash, confirming the deactivation of the system.

In this tutorial we can see how to remove the battery in the Yamaha R6, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, make sure that the key is not inserted, then unscrew the two bolts indicated and lift the driver's seat. Next, locate the battery, loosen the fixing screws of the terminals and, starting from the negative, disconnect both. At this point, all that remains is to unscrew the two side bolts, remove the battery, insert the replacement and reassemble everything simply by following the reverse procedure. Make sure to reconnect the positive pole before the negative.
