These short and simple instructions will show us the process of disassembling and replacing the manual gear lever of the Suzuki SV 650 motorcycle. First, we put the motorcycle on the stand and start by removing the lever pin, using the appropriate pliers; then we disconnect the gear lever from the shaft, unscrewing the nuts on the top of the lever, as shown in the video. At this point, we install the new gear lever, fixing it correctly and adjusting it using the adjuster; finally, we verify that all gear changes are smooth.
