Replacing the gear lever knob is a really simple operation: the original knob is in fact planted by forcing on the lever, so just pull it vigorously upwards to be able to extract it (be careful not to lose the spring of the reverse gear selector ). If you also want to replace the leather cap, just pull along the edges to release it from the console and, once folded backwards, remove the plastic strap that secures it to the plastic bushing. Once the cap has been repositioned, insert the spring, the chromed bushing and the rubber bushing for the insertion of the new knob that will be fixed by tightening the dowels.

How to set the time on the Peugeot 308
