Replacement of Gear Shift Knob

Model: Fiat Panda 169, MK 2 - Years 2003-2012

Replacing the gear shift knob is a very simple operation: the original knob is pressed onto the lever, so just pull it upwards forcefully to remove it (be careful not to lose the reverse selector spring).
If you also want to replace the leather gaiter, simply pull along the edges to detach it from the console, and once turned inside out, remove the plastic clip that secures it to the plastic bush. Once the gaiter is repositioned, insert the spring, the chrome bush, and the rubber bush for the new knob, which will be secured by tightening the screws.
