To replace the timing belt on a Fiat Punto, open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay. Specifically, the timing belt is located on the left side of the engine block and can be removed by loosening the central bolts of the pulleys. Once the old belt is removed, you can insert the new replacement part, reassembling all previously removed components.
