How to Replace the Brakes on a Fiat Punto

To carry out this task, you will need to lift your vehicle and place it on suitable axle stands to remove the affected wheel. This gives you access to the entire brake assembly. Using a flathead screwdriver, lift the clip that secures the front brake pads. Remove the caps covering the bolts on the rear side of the bolts to detach the piston and its cylinder. This allows you to remove it and consequently extract the brake pads. Make the necessary replacements and retrace the steps described for reassembly.
