Removing the Drum and Rear Brakes from a Fiat Punto

Today, you will learn how to remove the drum and rear shoes from a second series Fiat Punto. First, lift the vehicle and remove the rear wheel by unscrewing its bolts; then, using a socket wrench, unscrew the screws of the drum and remove it by levering on the sides with something thin. Once the drum is removed, detach the brake shoes and replace them with new ones: to do this, release the retaining spring and the two hooks, as illustrated in the video. Before refitting the new ones, clean the area and then refit the drum.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
