In this video, we see how to install the roof rails on a Ford Kuga MK2: first, we need to remove the rubber seal from the designated housing on both sides of the roof, using a screwdriver if we are very gentle, or a plastic spatula. Remove the screws inside the housing, and measure to make holes in the seal, which we can now reposition in place. Put the screws back in the holes so that the seal is secure. Now we can screw in the roof rack to secure it to the screws. Put the rubber seal cap back on and proceed to the other side.
