How do you replace the front wheel bearing of the GasGas EC 300?

In order to replace the front wheel bearing of the GasGas EC 300, you need to loosen the nuts that fix the front wheel to the corresponding pin of the lower part of the fork: this way you can completely remove the wheel from its seat. Once this is done, you need to unscrew the bolts that fix the disc, removing it and accessing the underlying bearing: this can be extracted from its housing, so that it can be replaced with a new spare part. After the replacement, all components can be reassembled.

Replace the rear brake pads of the Triumph Speed Triple

We see in this video the main instructions to remove and replace the rear brake pads of the Triumph Speed Triple. First of all we lift our rear wheel, putting on the stand, and we begin to unscrew the fixing screws of the rear brake caliper, using a socket wrench; after which we remove the old pads that we find inside the caliper, as shown in the video. At this point we leverage the calliper piston, making it retract; let's clean up the dirt and install the new pads, applying the reverse procedure!
