How do you disassemble the Gilera Runner 125 engine?

In order to disassemble the Gilera Runner engine you need to remove the protective fairings and loosen the bolts that fix it inside its housing: in this way the engine block can be removed from its seat. After it has been extracted, it will be possible to unscrew the screws that fix the two half casings, also loosening the screws that fix the cylinder in the upper part: in this way it will be possible to access the components located inside it, removing them and possibly replacing them with new spare parts. After the replacement it will be possible to reassemble the motor, installing it inside its housing.

Keeway Cafe Racer 152 Engine Oil Replacement

Below we will see the step-by-step instructions that will allow us to carry out the routine maintenance service, replacing the engine oil, of the Keeway Cafe Racer 152 motorcycle. First we put the central stand on our motorcycle and start unscrewing the oil vent bolt which we find under the engine, letting it drain in a container for about ten minutes; after which we go to clean the small filter, then screwing the vent cap. At this point we unscrew the filler screw and pour in the new engine oil, of the right type, filling up to the maximum level!
