Start the engine for a few minutes to warm the engine oil, which will become less viscous and drain more quickly from the oil compartment. It is recommended to change the oil with the bike on a stand. Under the engine, behind the primary cover, there is a small oil drain tube: loosen the clip and free the tube, collecting the used oil in a container (dispose of it properly). Also, open the upper fill hole of the oil compartment to aid draining with the airflow. Meanwhile, unscrew the filter with a pipe wrench and install the new filter (lubricate the O-ring first). Fill with new lubricant through the upper fill hole.
