In order to replace the headlight bulb of the Harley Davidson Sportster 1200, you need to loosen the screws that secure the headlight assembly to its housing: these screws will be located right under the corresponding headlight. Once loosened, you can remove the headlight assembly and disconnect the connectors inside: the corresponding bulb can then be removed from its socket and replaced with a new spare part. At this point, you can reinsert the headlight assembly into its housing, securing it with the screws and reconnecting the appropriate connectors.
