How to Replace the Transmission on a Kymco KXR 250?

To replace the transmission on a Kymco KXR 250, loosen the screws securing the cover located near the rear wheel on the left side of the bike. Once the screws are loosened, remove the cover to access the underlying transmission components.

By loosening the central nuts that secure the clutch and variator, both components and the belt around them can be removed. At this point, insert all the new replacement components and check that everything functions correctly.
