To change the motor oil of a Honda CRF 450, start by warming up the engine for a few minutes to allow the oil to flow better. Turn off the engine and place the motorcycle on a stable stand. Locate the oil drain plug under the engine. Place a container to collect the oil under the drain plug and use a wrench to unscrew it, allowing the old oil to drain completely. Once all the oil has been drained, securely screw the drain plug back in. Next, find the oil fill plug, usually located on the side of the engine. Remove the plug and insert a funnel. Slowly pour the recommended amount of new oil specified in the owner's manual, being careful not to exceed the maximum level. After adding the oil, replace the fill plug and make sure it is tightened properly. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes, then turn it off and check for any leaks. Double-check the oil level to ensure it is correct.
