Video tutorial

To replace the belt on a Honda SH 300i, loosen the screws securing the transmission cover, located near the rear wheel on the left side. By unscrewing the screws that hold the cover, you will gain access to the underlying components.

By loosening the central nut of the variator and the clutch, you can remove both components by sliding off the belt situated around them. After the old belt has been removed, you can insert the new one, reassembling the clutch and variator, and check that everything functions correctly.

How to Remove the Rear Wheel of the Triumph Tiger 800

To remove the rear wheel of the Triumph Tiger 800, loosen the nuts located in the centre of the wheel that secure the central axle to the end of the swingarm. Once these two nuts are removed, unscrew the bolts that secure the rear brake caliper, detaching it from the disc; you will also need to move the chain from the corresponding sprocket. When all these components have been removed, it will be possible to completely detach the wheel, allowing you to insert a new replacement part, reassembling all previously removed components.
