In this tutorial we can see how to replace the automatic gear knob in the Honda Civic, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, press the two clips indicated, then push down the chrome ring and separate it from the knob. Next, find a plastic spatula, unclip the front cover by levering it, and using a cross-tip screwdriver, unscrew the two indicated fixing screws. At this point, all that remains is to remove the knob from the shaft, position the replacement and reassemble everything following the reverse procedure.
