How to reset the service light on the Honda Insight

Model: Honda Insight ZE3, ZE2 - Years 2009-2014

To reset the service light on the Honda Insight, we need to turn on the vehicle without starting the engine, as light resets should always be done with the engine off. Then we need to: press the "I" button on the steering wheel to access the menu. Once inside the menu, select the option for resetting by pressing the right button on the odometer for seven seconds. Confirm the reset by pressing the same button and then turn off the vehicle. After a few seconds, turn it back on to confirm that the service light has been successfully reset.
