In order to disassemble the Husaberg FS 650 engine, you need to loosen the screws that secure it to its housing in the center of the frame: once the mounting screws of the supports have been removed, you can disconnect all the intake and exhaust pipes, also removing the connectors. At this point, you can unscrew the screws that secure the cylinder to the top of the engine block in order to locate the piston: by disconnecting this from its connecting rod, you can access the crankshaft and all the components inside to replace them.
