The engine of the Husaberg FS 650 can be disassembled by removing the bolts that secure it to the appropriate supports in the lower part of the saddle: once these bolts have been unscrewed and all the connectors disconnected, it will be possible to remove the engine and also remove the clutch. At this point, it will be possible to loosen the screws that join the two half engine casings and access its internal components: the piston can thus be detached from the connecting rod by widening the retaining ring and it will be possible to replace it with a new one. After replacing all the other necessary parts, it will be possible to reassemble and reinstall the engine block.
