How to Reset the Tyre Pressure on a Hyundai Kona

Let's see how to reset the TPMS on the tyres of the Hyundai Kona: do this after verifying the correct pressure, comparing it with the label located on the driver's door pillar. Turn on the instrument cluster, and look for the button located under the dashboard, near the steering column (on the left side) or inside the glove compartment. The exact location depends on the vehicle's trim. The button features a tyre icon. Press and hold the button until the light on the dashboard starts to flash and then turns off by itself. In models with more advanced equipment, you can reset via the touchscreen: go to 'vehicle menu'/'user settings'/'vehicle settings'. From here, look for 'tyre pressure monitoring system'. Select 'reset', and again the TPMS light will start to flash and then turn off. In both cases, a relearning phase is necessary while driving, with a journey of 6-12 miles at a speed above 15 mph during which the system learns the new settings, storing them.
