To replace the battery on this vehicle, follow the instructions provided below. After opening the hood, disconnect the clips securing the air duct located on the right side. Once the duct is removed, you will find the battery underneath it. First, disconnect the negative terminal, then the positive terminal. Next, remove the support nut from the bracket at the base of the battery, and at that point, you can remove it from its housing. Take the new battery, position it, reattach and secure the support bracket, and then reconnect the negative terminal first and finally the positive terminal.
