Routine checks on the Kawasaki Zx 10r

The engine oil is checked through the small porthole located on the right-hand fairing of the bike, at the bottom. Check that your liquid is between the two dashes. If it is lower than the lower dash, fill it from the upper fill hole of the lubricant reservoir. We recommend the use of a Motul 7100. Let's move on to the brake fluid, which should be changed about once a year, even less, or when you decide to completely bleed the brakes. Finally, check the thickness of the brake pads: if they are almost exhausted, they must be changed to prevent the discs from rubbing. These are some of the checks to be carried out periodically to improve the life and duration of our motorcycle.

How do you replace the clutch cable of the LML Star?

In order to replace the clutch cable of the LML Star you have to unscrew the screws that fix the front fairing of the bike, so that it can be removed: here it will be possible to find one of the ends of the cable, which will be connected to the relative lever. By unscrewing the bolt that connects the lever to the cable, it will be possible to detach the first end; the other end will be directly connected to the clutch. Once both ends have been disconnected, the cable can be pulled out and replaced with a new spare part.
