To replace the exhaust on a Kawasaki Z900, loosen the screws that secure the part to the appropriate supports at the top, near the mudguard. After the mounting bolts have been loosened, proceed to unscrew the fastening bolt that connects the exhaust to the remaining part of the exhaust manifold. Now the old exhaust can be completely removed from its housing and replaced with a new replacement part; after the replacement, refit the part using the appropriate screws.
