How do you disassemble the engine of the Malaguti Spidermax GT 500?

In order to disassemble the engine of the Malaguti Spidermax GT 500, first you need to remove the engine block from its housing by unscrewing the screws that hold it in place, disconnecting the connectors and removing all the tubes connected to it. Once these parts have been removed, you can proceed by unscrewing the screws that hold the engine cylinder head, removing it and accessing the additional internal components: the piston must be detached from its connecting rod, removing the retaining ring and corresponding pin. In this way, the additional internal components can also be removed and replaced.

We see in this guide the instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the engine air filter of the Harley Davidson Heritage Classic. As before, let's put the stand on our bike and stop on the right side of the same; then we are going to unscrew the fixing screws of the air filter box cover, in order to remove it, as shown in the video. At this point we remove the air filter cartridge and replace it with the new one, with the original spare part; insert the new filter in the correct direction and assemble the lid again!
