Position the scooter on the stand, and using a socket wrench, unscrew the bolt of the oil sump (drain the fluid into a container placed underneath). Unscrew the securing screws of the cap where the oil filter is located and fit a new one (if it needs changing). Finally, top up the engine with the new oil recommended by the manufacturer (as stated in the manual). Check the oil level with the dipstick attached to the cap (if available).
