In order to install the side steps of the Kia Sorento, you need to pry them off with an object like a screwdriver, so that you can detach the hooks that secure the side moldings of the car located just below the doors: to remove these moldings you will also need to unscrew the appropriate screws. Once these have been removed, you can insert the supports of the side steps into the appropriate inserts: then the side steps can be positioned in their place, so that they are secured with the appropriate screws and internal fastening clips.
