In this video, see how to reset the maintenance light on the KTM 1290: first, turn on the instrument panel and navigate from "setting" to "preference". Press the "up" and "down" arrows on the left knob simultaneously for one second. Then press "set" on the same knob to programme the months and miles for the next service, then press "back" to return; you can turn off the panel as the operation is complete. This way, you have not only turned off the light but also scheduled the next service.
