You can replace the external rear-view mirror on a Mercedes Sprinter in about five minutes with the help of this video. All you need is a screwdriver and some string. Start by opening the door and removing the screws that hold the external rear-view mirror in place. Next, disconnect the electrical connector, ensuring to tie the string to both ends to make it easier to pass the cables between the inside and outside of the vehicle. Position the new mirror, reconnect the connector freeing it from the string, and tighten the screws.
