How to Personalise the User Profile on the Mercedes GLA

To personalise the user profile on the Mercedes GLA (MBUX system), start from the central display. Select the profile icon or "Add User", choose an avatar, and enter a name (in the video, "Sergio, Antonella"). The system asks whether to save the current settings (seat, mirrors, climate, radio) or start from factory settings: by choosing "Save current settings", the profile saves the position in which you are sitting at that moment.

To utilise synchronisation and voice activation, link the profile to the Mercedes me ID (via QR code or credentials). For voice activation, in the profile menu, look for "Voice Recognition Settings" and repeat the phrase "Load my personal profile". Once saved, simply say "Hey Mercedes, load my personal profile" to activate it. The profile saves the seat, steering wheel, and mirror positions (when the vehicle is stationary), climate settings, radio favourites, and smart suggestions.

If the profile is not linked to the Mercedes me ID, some functions like voice activation may not be available. If multiple people use the car, each should have their own profile to avoid overwriting others' settings.
